    • Speaking Foundation 7-9 minutes Higher 10-12 minutes

    • Writing Foundation 60 minutes Higher 75 minutes

  • 2 tiers - Higher / Foundation

    • Higher Grades 4 - 9

    • Foundation Grades 1 - 5
